Olives are Teresa’s thing. She comes to cover food and drink at Extra Crispy by way of the small Caribbean island Trinidad, where she spent 23 years sipping beer on the beach. Much like Leslie Knope, Teresa is a feminist (“ovaries before brovaries”), and spends roughly a grand on waffles each year. She has previously written for Cooking Light and Men’s Health.
